The government of Robert Fico is thinking about possibility of cut payroll tax of people with lower income down as it works abroad. Slovak premier assumes, a part of employees income will be economized and invested to create new work positions. But it's only a theory.
Every measure is connected with other questions, now it is: Will be money really used according to a plan? What are the consequences of lowering payroll tax? Will be people curtailed of a part of their benefits?
The proposal will be discussed in September. Competent should consider, if the measure is adequate and if it is okay, that benefits will loose people they really need them. In regard to disadvantages of this measure, we can introduce you our concept of inclusive market.
