New webpage of emplyment institute

Employment institute has new webpage. There are several minor improvements.

The biggest improvement is RSS. Now you can add RSS of Employment institute into your RSS reader. The feed is http://www.iz.sk/rss/sk for slovak version and http://www.iz.sk/rss/en for english version.

Other improvements are only visual. There is new and more usable menu, search, new and working switching between languages, newest articles at front page. The webpage is xhtml 1.0 valid.
